We provide all the necessary support required to keep your drivers on the road. We work directly with drivers regarding their vehicle choice, as well as co-ordinating all the necessary paperwork to ensure they receive their new vehicle as soon as possible.
We also provide the following services to your staff.
Accident Management – with a 24 hour Accident helpline, we will organize the repair work and ensure a courtesy car is available whilst the vehicle is being repaired.
Company Car Taxation Advice – We are happy to give advice on any tax implications regarding your staff member's vehicle of choice.
Driver Direct Support – we will guide staff through the process of making their vehicle choice right through to delivery.
Duty Of Care Advice – we are happy to advise on all aspects of duty of care legislation relating to staff using lease cars or their own vehicles in the course of their work.
Driver Assessment and Training information – we can organize assessment/training days for staff if required.
Environmental Advice to Drivers – we will help with any queries relating to environmental concerns regarding the vehicle of their choice.
Motor Fleet Insurance – we will advise the Trust on the most cost effective methods of insuring their fleet as required.
Road Fund License Checks – we will carry out annual checks on lease car users to ensure that their documentation is in order.
Vehicle Procurement - we organize and oversee the whole process from ordering the vehicle to final delivery and onwards.
Vehicle Renewal Management – we will notify staff well in advance when their lease vehicle is due for renewal, and we will offer advice on a suitable replacement car.
